Jake Briscoe's "Handmade"
Jake had a vision for a simple design that incorporated old, aged wood. "It's about what's on the CD rather than what's around it," he said. Fitting comment for the abundant blues music contained on the CD.

Jerome Johnson's "Jerome's Motown Favorites"
For this cover, Jerome asked for simple - just a few colors and the necessary information. When I think of Motown, I imagine the record company's album covers from the 60s - all of which were simple and had basic text logos. Viola!

Jerome Johnson's "Christmas Time is Here"
Jerome wanted a simple cover that embodied the spirit of Christmas. He didn't want his view of Christmas, nor did he want my view of Christmas. He wanted something everyone could see and feel the warmth of the holiday.

Electric Colony's "III EP"
The man behind Electric Colony asked me to create a cover that had a "dismal" appearance; otherworldly, dark, dirty. This cover, displaying random screws in the form of Roman numeral III, along with the rust, gives a visual feel to the sound that Electric Colony's music has.

Jerome Johnson's "Merry Christmas"
On a time crunch, Jerome asked me to put together a Christmas album cover for him. He wanted simple, very few colors, and a photograph of him on the back-side. I think this design delivered with its simplicity.
